Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
The 69bet platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the Platform. Account Registration & Management
One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 69bet platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, IP address, device, or household — are strictly prohibited. Where 69bet identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances consolidated or forfeited at 69bet's discretion.
Registration Information

Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any outstanding balance.
Account Security

Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. Bonus & Promotional Terms
General Bonus Conditions

Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds awarded to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. Eligible Games
Not all games on the 69bet platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Bonus Abuse
69bet operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Validity Period
All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue, as stated in the individual offer terms. Any bonus funds or wagering progress that has not been completed within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation. 69bet is not obligated to send reminders about approaching bonus expiry dates.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

General Obligations
- You must keep all account registration information accurate and up to date. Promptly notify 69bet of any changes to your name, address, email, or mobile number.

- You must fund your account only from payment accounts registered in your own name. You may not use funds that are borrowed, financed by credit, or sourced from third parties.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 69bet platform and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.

Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure by the Player
Any Player who wishes to close their 69bet account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 69bet will verify the Player's identity, confirm that all outstanding wagering requirements have been resolved, and process any remaining real-money balance as a final withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Voluntary account closure does not affect the Player's eligibility to re-register in the future, unless the closure was initiated as part of a self-exclusion request.
Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who request closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion will have their account permanently closed for the duration of the self-exclusion period selected. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be prevented from creating a new account and will be blocked from all marketing communications from 69bet. Closure by 69bet
69bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player; identification of a duplicate account; or any other circumstance that 69bet reasonably believes puts the integrity of the Platform or the safety of its players at risk.
Where an account is closed by 69bet due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature and severity of the violation. 69bet will provide written notice of account closure where legally required to do so.

Limitation of Liability
Platform Availability
69bet makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and operational at all times. Game Outcomes

Financial Losses

Amendments to These Terms
69bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
